Household subscription manager

Every subscription your household pays for, in one place.

Forward a receipt to your private Subcentre address and it is filed for you. Trial endings and renewals reach you before the charge does. No bank login, and we never read your mailbox.

Free while in preview. No password: we email you a link.
1

A private address for receipts

Set one forwarding rule in Gmail, Outlook or iCloud. Receipts, trial confirmations and price notices arrive at your household’s own address and become entries for you to confirm. Screenshots of App Store or Google Play pages work too, and you can always type a subscription in.

2

Get reminded in time

Trial endings, notice deadlines and big renewals arrive by email, as a notification, or in a live calendar feed, days before the money leaves.

3

See what it costs, and cancel easily

Monthly run-rate by category, who pays for what across the family, price rises over time, and step-by-step cancel guides for the common providers.

Use it alone or share one ledger with your household. Your data is yours: export it any time, and receipts are kept for 30 days only. Privacy · Terms · Contact

Household inbox

Forward receipts and trial emails tohousehold@in.subcentre.com

Mail sent to this address is read on arrival. A clear receipt, trial or price notice goes straight into the ledger and shows below as “added automatically”, with an Undo. Anything unclear waits here for review. Turn automatic adding off in Settings if you prefer to review everything. Each family member sets one forwarding rule so receipts and trial emails arrive on their own. You can also paste an email or drop a screenshot below.

Set up forwarding in Gmail, Outlook or iCloud

Each member creates one rule in their own mailbox. Receipts, trial notices, renewal and price-change emails then reach the household inbox automatically. Promotions are left out.

Gmail

  1. Settings → Forwarding and POP/IMAP → Add a forwarding address → paste the household address. Gmail emails a confirmation code to that address; the ledger confirms it for you.
  2. Settings → Filters and Blocked Addresses → Create a new filter. In Has the words paste:
subject:(receipt OR invoice OR "your subscription" OR "your membership" OR "free trial" OR "trial ends" OR renewal OR renews OR "price change" OR "price increase") -category:promotions
  1. Create filter → tick Forward it to and pick the household address → Create filter.

Outlook and Microsoft 365

  1. Settings → Mail → Rules → Add new rule. Name it “Subcentre”.
  2. Condition: Subject includes, add each word: receipt invoice subscription membership trial renewal price.
  3. Action: Forward to → the household address. Add an exception Sender address includes noreply@newsletter if promotions slip through.

iCloud Mail

  1. On icloud.com open Mail → Settings (gear) → Rules → Add a Rule.
  2. iCloud rules take one condition each. Create one rule per word: If a message: Subject contains receipt, then Forward to the household address. Repeat for subscription, trial, renewal, price.

App Store and Google Play

Apple and Google never share your subscriptions with other apps, not even when you sign in with Apple or Google. Their receipt emails carry everything, so add their senders to your rule. The ledger marks these as billed through Apple or Google and points the cancel guide at the right screen.

  1. Gmail: create a second filter with From set to:
no_reply@email.apple.com OR googleplay-noreply@google.com
  1. Outlook: add a rule with From address includes no_reply@email.apple.com and another for googleplay-noreply@google.com, both forwarding to the household address.
  2. iCloud: one rule per sender, If a message: is from no_reply@email.apple.comForward to the household address; repeat for googleplay-noreply@google.com.

Fastest start: screenshot the list itself and drop it below. iPhone: Settings → your name → Subscriptions. Android: Play Store → your avatar → Payments & subscriptions → Subscriptions. Every entry on the screenshot is extracted in one go.

Forwarded mail keeps the original To: address in the body, which is how the ledger routes each email to the right family member. Add each member’s email on the Family tab.
