Terms of Service
These terms cover the use of Subcentre at subcentre.com. By creating a ledger or signing in you agree to them.
What Subcentre is
A tool for keeping track of subscriptions: what you pay, when it renews, reminders before charges, and a shared view for a household. It is not a bank, a payment service, or a financial adviser, and nothing in it is financial advice.
Your account and household
- You must be an adult to create an account. You are responsible for who you invite into your household; everyone in it sees the whole ledger.
- Keep your email account secure: anyone who can read your email can sign in with the links we send.
- The household inbox address is for your own subscription mail. Do not forward other people's mail, bulk mail, or anything unlawful.
Accuracy
Reminders, extracted receipt details and cost figures depend on the data entered or received. Extraction is automated and can be wrong; review what it proposes before adding it. Cancel guides describe the steps providers publish and can go out of date; always confirm on the provider's own site. We are not responsible for a missed deadline, an unwanted renewal, or a charge that resulted from relying on the app.
Acceptable use
Do not attempt to access other households, disrupt the service, send abusive volumes of mail or requests, or use the service for anything unlawful. We may suspend or remove accounts that do.
Availability and changes
Subcentre is provided as is. We aim to keep it running but do not promise uninterrupted availability, and features may change. We will give reasonable notice of changes that remove something you rely on.
Your data
How data is handled is described in the Privacy Policy. You can export your data or delete your household at any time from within the app.
Liability
To the extent permitted by law, our liability for any claim arising from the use of Subcentre is limited to the amount you paid for the service in the twelve months before the claim, which for a free account is nothing. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
Ending the agreement
You can stop at any time by deleting your household. We may end the agreement with notice, or immediately for serious misuse, in which case you can still export your data for a reasonable period unless the law prevents it.
Law
These terms are governed by Italian law. Consumers in the European Union keep the protections of the law of the country they live in.
